A form of deep tissue therapeutic massage that focuses on releasing specific areas of tension. The deeper layers of connective tissue are treated with techniques to release ischemic, constricted tissue for optimal balance and structural integrity. Depending on your needs and preferences, your session will include a variety of techniques from 20 years of training with pioneers in the industry. Thai Massage
Thai massage combines elements of acupressure, meditation and yoga. It is designed to elongate muscles and increase flexibility. This massage emphasizes pressure points, compression and assisted stretching. Traditionally performed fully clothed on a floor mat, your session may be adapted with techniques for the table.
